Meyer Lemon Puree Spec Sheet
Grown in the San Joaquin Valley, California, the Meyer lemon is a direct cross between the common Eureka Lemon and the Mandarin Orange. The results of this hybrid are a wonderful floral aroma, less acid, incredible juiciness, without the bitterness of the common Eureka or Lisbon varietals. The peel is softer, smoother and not quite as thick and offers a multitude of applications.
